ORGANIZATION
Skill 1
Organization is a very important part of my day to day life. I rely on organization to keep track of my daily schedule and to plan upcoming events. Being organized has contributed enormously to my professional life because I am able manage information without confusion. I keep personal files on my work and personal life in my office (such as taxes, college apps, and spending), this way all important information is at an easy access to me. To the right is a picture of some of my organized files over the years. By being orgnized I learn skills in customer service, if a workplace is not well organized, customers lose interest. My ability to organize both my work and personal life is a key factor to my success as a student and future worker.
TEAM WORK

Skill 2
Another skill that I briefly touched on earlier was my love on working with others to accomplish a common goal. My ability to communicate and openly express my ideas and opinions in a large or small groups makes me an outstanding team member. I enjoy having meaningful conversations with others about our opinions, while maintaining a positive outlook. Team work is essential in the business or medical field because one must often rely on the help others to reach a goal. Throughout years of sports and academic work I feel as though I have far exceeded most individuals understanding of working with others. An example of this can be seen by taking a closer look at my transcript- I espically exceeled in project/ group based classes such as Project Lead The Way and other science courses. Visit my "Resume" and "Academics" pages to view these! Having a core foundation in team work will help me in my futrue endeavors by being able to voice my ideas/ opinions and collectively accomplish work related goals. Team developed work places are efficient in completing tasks quickly and effectively. I strive to incorporate my love for team work in my future career.
LEADERSHIP
Skill 3
Leadership is another one of my outstanding skills. I enjoy being responsible for a group of people or taking charge in accomplishing a task. By being a leader I am able to voice my ideas more freely. Being a leader comes with many responsibilites because other memebrs of the work place or team look up to your opinions and ideas. I have been a leader in my community by forming organizations such as Future Leaders of Medicine and being captain of my soccer team. I do not take leadership lightly and find it a huge responsibilty. Although it requires a lot of effort, that is one of the reasons I enjoy it so much. I have found that leadship inspires me to work even harder. I hope to hold a leadership position in the future, such as a CFO or COO position. Being a leader in my community, and having others look up to me now increases by ability to maintain and run an organization responsibly, this skill will prove succesfull in my futrue undertakings.
